The kids of one of my oldest friends

Meet H, J & S. They are so cute, funny and nice! This was really the first time I really got to "play" with them and they were so good! J is a total ham - Talk about Mr. Personality! And he's so creative! He was so proud of his model Titanic that he'd just built. It was amazing. I loved hearing all about the poop deck and what goes on there...it's not what you think! :)

H is a little model. She did whatever I asked and just about every image that I have of her is amazing! She was one of the easiest little girls I've ever had the pleasure of photographing. So sweet.

Baby S is so soft and mushy! I wanted to squeeze him and love him up all day long. Full of smiles and so super sweet.

Enjoy this litttle sneak peak, everyone!

Until next time,

Ally

The S family!

Wow! What a great group of people! V won a photo session with me that she used to photograph her entire family when they were all together this past weekend. What a beautiful family! Complete with two adorable little girls, S and N. They're going to have a new cousin coming in the summer, too! How amazing it that???

These guys were a bunch of troopers, too. It was getting really warm out and the sun was shining right in our faces, but they kept laughing and smiling the whole time. I knew it was going to be a great shoot when Safta (Grandma) told me that she was going to wear her red plaid robe for the pictures! I told her great - We'll put her smack dab in the front!

I wish I had video of everyone singing songs and making faces when we were trying to get the babies attention - Too funny!

Enjoy the sneak peak! These guys were really fun! And super photogenic, too...makes my job much easier!

Until next time,

Ally

S's Bat Mitzvah sneak peak...As promised!

This weekend, I had the pleasure of photographing S's Bat Mitzvah. Isn't she beautiful!?!

On Thursday, we had the rehearsal where I got to meet the family, S's Dad and her adorable younger brother, E. We had the BEST time together! S and E are just downright hilarious and they are so super close! They genuinely love each other and it shows in every image that I have of the two of them together. It's just so sweet!

S has an unbelievable singing voice - I heard her for just a bit before I had to run out of the synagogue for a lighting seminar later on that night. She sounded so beautiful chanting her Torah portion. Just beautiful!

Saturday, brought us to the celebration. S had a bunch of people waiting to celebrate with her - including family all the way from Israel! This is one loved little lady here! She rocked out her party and everyone had a great time.

D, S's mom, was an absolute doll to work with. I know I've said it before, but it's worth repeating here again. I'll photograph Bat and Bar Mitzvah's all the time if they continue to go like this one!

I had a great time celebrating with S's family and I felt honored to have been selected to be the photographer for such a warm, loving and fabulous family!

Congratulations, S! I hope you enjoy the images!

Until next time,
Ally

Baby A's 3 month session

Oh my gosh, I'm such a bad blogger these days! I promise to be better from here on out...Consider it my "remainder of the new year's" resolution. :)

So I had such a busy busy weekend! Beginning on Thursday, I shot a Bat Mitzvah and on Saturday I got to capture the party. I'll be posting images from both probably tomorrow. S was great and was a pleasure to work with.

Today, I got to play with Miss A again! This time it's for her 3 month session. If you look back to the beginning of January, you can see how much she's changed from her newborn session. What a pretty princess!

A is one of my favorite subjects to photograph. She's so sweet and cute and I'm in love with her BIG blue eyes! What a perfect little angel!

We've already booked her 6 and 9 month sessions, so I get to see A ALL year long! That makes me so happy! Plus I get to hang out with her amazing parents (who I feel like I've known forever. You know how you just really "connect" with some people and you just really like them? Well, that's A's parents!). And I get to get slobbered by Porter! I love Porter! Maybe by the time A is 6 months, I'll be able to get some images of her with him.

So, enjoy baby A. And check back here tomorrow for the images from the Bat Mitzvah from this weekend, too. After I'm done posting that, I'll fill you all in as to why I've been totally slacking on my blog. It's ALL good, so there's kind of a good reason for it...ok, not really, but I'm trying here! :)

Until next time,

Ally
